Health Care Measure Passes Key Senate Hurdle
Sweeping health care legislation has cleared its first hurdle with a 60-39 vote in the Senate. The measure is designed to extend coverage to roughly 31 million who lack it. (Nov. 21)

Now that it will pass, we need them to refine it to a government single payer system and end the greedy corporate whores who have ripped of Americans for decades now with their overpriced crap of insurance.

You pay medicare premiums out of your check.
This bill is great as it only takes 7% or $7.00 per hundered you earn, out of your paycheck when you work if your job has no coverage,so you can have health insurance. If you are laid off, it’s stays in force for free. A good plan that is inexpensive like medicare but does the job. Blue Cross would charge you 10 times that amount for crap insurance!
The government can do it as Blue Cross uses 30% of premiums for admin costs. Government only uses 2.9

Good thing it stays in effect if you get laid off, because you will get laid off.
This bill is nothing but a power and money grab by the federal government and will kill any chance we may have had at economic recovery. The burden placed on businesses of all size will ensure higher unemployment and more pain and suffering for all, except the lowest of the low that have never even had a job. Their lives will be the only ones seeing any improvement. Thanks Obama and Democrats

Do you think that the government is going to keep you on life support forever when they’re fitting the bill? Month after month hundreds of thousands every month. It will be absolutely necessary for the government to set guidelines on the conditions to pull the plug, otherwise they will most certainly go broke. The gov will have to make these choices instead of the family, any rational forward thinking person, which you obviously are not, can see where this will lead.

The Republicans have now been exposed as corporate whores for Blue Cross. They voted to kill 44,000 Americans this year just because they are poor but will sell your job overseas or pimp their own mothers for an extra nickel in profit.

When you get some bad illness or disease and you need to see a doctor then are made to wait a long period of time and by then its to late, lets see what you say then.
