No, people aren’t stupid, except for Tea-Baggers.
Maybe that’s why Bachmann was leading the Tea-Bagger march. She’s probably amazed at the gullibility of Tea-Baggers, but grateful that she can use them for GOP political purposes.

So right. There are so many hidden and redundant health care cost we pay for now. This reform bill. Think about it if we pay for health care when we buy car insurance, home owner insurance, it is built into the price of a plane ticket, every product we buy has a hidden cost to pay for health care. I we had single payer all those cost could be rolled back which is good for the economy. Now America can join the civilized world in providing affordable health care to it”s citizens.

What do you think about another potential way to save hundreds of billions of dollars annually – amalgamating the 52 states into about half that many? That would eliminate about 25 redundant or “duplication” of government bureaucracies all doing exactly the same thing. It would also push a lot of Senate & House politician pigs from the public trough.

It sounds like a good idea. However consolidating the states and making the power centers more powerful will make it very hard for the little person to make his voice heard. Right now one voice can make a difference. So I don’t want people with lots of money drowning out your voice or mine.
