I don’t smoke myself, but this is a simplified version of what I use one-on-one to help others give up.

works! everytime I get a craving I do this and i clears my meridians of that energy pattern.
However, they always come back. Albeit they’re not as powerful, and I have a coping method now, they are still persistent. Let you guys know how it’s going after I completely quit.
Quitting is also about your own determination. Hypnosis, tapping, the patch, are only tools. Nothing can make that final “QUIT” decision for you.

The idea is they keep diminishing each time – try tracing the feeling back as in the other videos, and maybe you’ll be able to kill all the cravings permanently.

This is great. I do the tapping method when I conciously feel the cravings. But sometimes I recognize it too late and I’ve already got the cigarette in my mouth. But im working on it and this is really helping. Thank you.
