BTW, since your not that young, maybe you’ll remember that it was the Republican Congress that voted the civil rights bill into law, even though it was strongly opposed by Democrats, except LBJ.

I noticed in the news that Britain sent a secret envoy to meet with M Gorbachev to convince him NOT to allow Germany to reunite or free Eastern Europe from their murderous, brutal, repressive communist governments because that would be “inimical” to British and French interests.
I wonder how the Eastern Europeans, especially East Germans, are going to feel about your Britain and France when this despicable act becomes common knowledge there.

Would you tear your house down and start over because it needs a new roof?
Would you junk your car because it got a flat tire and a cracked windshield.
This is not about healthcare for them. This is about power that is appropriated by big government programs.

Obama himself has said that medicare is unsustainable. He talks about the massive fraud and waste in it. It’s been around for about 50 yrs, and they have NEVER tried to fix it. Health care will be many times larger, and so will the fraud, waste, etc. Do you know why people are willing to pay more for FEDEX and UPS than use the Post Office. Because the Post Office stinks. It’s inefficient & poor service. It’s always on the verge of bankruptcy and always getting more tax money.

Your obviously pretty young. A massive program like this doesnt get changed with the next guy to sit in the Oval office. It took 40 yrs to fix the welfare program.
