Well, the government will buy you food if you can’t afford it yourself. It turns out we don’t like to see people die in the streets in America. But… being treated and then billed $50,000 just means you get sued if you can’t pay and this does not equal death but it might mean you don’t have a home and no money… well, like I said, the government will buy you food so I suppose it’s all wrapped up in a bow, yes?
